“We love the E-750 Electric Wheelbarrow ! The run flat tires are awesome. We do a lot of work around construction and have had probably 20 nail issues and zero problems. The battery life is insane, we can get an entire week out of a full charge!"
A typical industrial cart has two swivel casters in the “front” and two fixed wheels or casters in the “rear”. This arrangement requires the cart to be moved from the “front” and assuming it is to be moved both forward and backward, there needs to be a physical connection to the cart itself so that it may be steered to prevent any risk of accidental disconnection. In order to “steer” the cart, we use our PowerPusher® Patented 5th-Wheel attachment that incorporates a heavy-duty slewing ring on top of our machines. This enables the PowerPusher® to articulate relative to the connection to the cart, which allows the operator to accurately steer and position the cart. The connection to the cart is achieved by a male/female coupling arrangement, which ensures the PowerPusher® stays safely coupled to the cart during the movement process. Connection is automatically self-aligning by driving the machine towards the mounted receiver.

“We currently own a Heavy-Duty Trailer Mover. We are very happy with the performance of our machine."
"I have had a few people try it out with our custom cart and they like it very much! It makes the job quite simple. We like the speed of it, how it handles, and how easy it is to maneuver."
"One worker now moves the rails of beef sides all day long without breaking a sweat."
"I am impressed with Nu-Star’s willingness to do a custom design for such a challenging application and I am happy with the final product."
“The mover is a safe, convenient solution for moving aluminum in various forms, from flat stock to completed boat. It requires no special training and saves us time and labor."
“This was the first electric wheelbarrow I have used,” said Conn. “It was great not to have to worry about noise and gas during the project."
“The ramp was really steep, and really slippery, but the electric wheelbarrow went up smoothly with no problems at all."
“We get more production out of our crew with the E-750 Electric Wheelbarrow, completing projects 20%-30% faster, morale is improved and they are happier and less tired at the end of the day"
“Very easy to control and maneuver, I like a lot of the built-in safety mechanisms it has that I wouldn’t have even considered."
“I just wanted to tell people how good your product is. I started working at my shop in 1994. We still use that same Automotive PowerPusher nearly every day!! Sure, we’ve replaced batteries and a chain just recently, but all in all, this thing has been the workhorse of our shop. Something that has lasted almost 30 years must be right!"
“The E-750 Electric Wheelbarrow is working out great! We loaded up the wheelbarrow and drove up a 40-degree ramp and unloaded into the back of a dump truck."
“We have had our Automotive PowerPusher for 25 years. It has worked flawlessly all those years."
“The quality and capability of PowerPusher’s E-750 Electric Wheelbarrow allowed us to remove over 1,500 cubic yards of clay earth from the basement of a hospital and import stone and concrete. We own “4” E-750 Electric Wheelbarrows and have put over 900 miles of travel on each unit with minimal issues and they are still running as strong as the day we received them. Customer service was very responsive and concerned about us keeping our project going when questions came up. Well worth the investment and partnership with PowerPusher!"
